Facial toners are designed to remove excess oil, dirt, and impurities from the skin after cleansing. 

Our facial toner/hydrosol was created using wild-harvested creosote from the Sonoran Desert mountains. Creosote has been used by Native Americans for generations to treat over 60 different ailments such as wounds, bug bites, rashes, burns- really anything and everything! Creosote has extremely strong anti-inflammatory properties and is praised for its acne-clearing abilities.

Similar to the essential oil-making process, which also uses steam distillation, the hydrosol-making process is superior because it collects the whole output from the plant material rather than just the volatile oils (essential oils). This creates a gentler and more nuanced scent profile compared to extremely concentrated essential oils.
