I bought this beverage at a local coffee shop I was excited because passion flower is my favorite flower and herb I also love kombucha. On the back of the can it details wanting to create a less acidic profile. But the notes of basil and lack of acidity kind of just made it taste like cold bland soup. I appreciate the ingredients,the mission is noble, and the marketing is superb absolutely beautiful. The lack of bubbles and acidity kind of makes it difficult to see this as an alcohol or kombucha replacement. It doesn’t really give mock tail unfortunately.
