Where is my order?

Check your order confirmation and shipping emails for details and tracking. Products from different brands may arrive separately. You can also visit your orders.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact support@shopavnu.com as soon as possible. We will check the order’s status and help with the available options.

How do shipping and returns work?

Shipping charges and estimates depend on the brand and product. Review them before payment. Our Shipping & Returns policy explains return eligibility, shipping costs, disclosed restocking fees, and exceptions for product problems.

What about an order from the previous avnu website?

You can still view your past orders using the email address you ordered with. Earlier orders will not appear in your new marketplace account.

The previous website’s “Buy again” links cannot add items to your new cart. To order again, browse the current catalog and choose your options. Some earlier items may no longer be available.
