Christmas gift never received
I ordered a bag on December 15th hoping it would arrive by Christmas as a gift to my wife. It is now December 27th and unfortunately, the bag has not been shipped.

Can’t leave a review because I’ve never gotten the product
I ordered this product beginning of August somewhere around the 10th 11th of August. It was supposed to take 5 to 7 days the Max and it is now September 6. I still don’t have this purse so I am now going to pursue through my bank getting my money back.
