Pairs well with gin and vodka I really like this raspberry syrup in vodka or gin cocktails. For example with london dry gin, splash of soda water, wedge of lime and about half to one ounce of syrup. I also use it to make mocktails for the kids, just mix an ounce of syrup with san pellegrino water and stir quickly with a spoon to make it frothy. The kids love it!
